We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Euro Accessories. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product's purchase price.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that arrives after the 30 day period are not eligible for a return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We ship exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).
When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Euro Accessories. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Euro Accessories. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Euro Accessories will cover any additional postage costs incurred.
International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original). We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.

Please enclose a note with your order number and whether you desire a refund or exchange. We will then return or exchange as requested. If you now have an alternative shipping address please provide these new details clearly with the item and include with the package.
Please note, multiple order returns and wholesale orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
