Brexit & European Union (EU)

As England is now outside of the European Union, the ordering process for European Nations has slightly been affected.

All EU orders must clear customs, and as such we will provide the necessary Customs Declaration documentation.
Customs and Duty Taxes will therefore be applicable to EU Customers. Customers must arrange VAT payments separately according to the laws of their region, where necessary.

Please also expect a possible slight delay in delivery times.

For some remote EU Nations, the delivery cost is sometimes higher with our carrier, and so we do allow and advise customers to arrange the collection of the order via their own carriers. Please arrange this appropriately with us, informing us in advanced of any collection.

Please also note that we can not release the goods until funds have been received.

We recommend using any of the following Carrier Companies:

• DHL
• TNT
• Fedex

Please be aware the minimum order for EU Wholesale users is £300.00 excluding delivery & VAT if applicable.
